The registration fee includes morning and afternoon teas and lunches on both days, as well as the Conference Dinner on the evening of 29th November.
If you register and pay by 15th October, the fees are
- $250 NZSA/SSAI member ($125 for full-time student)
- $350 Non-member ($175 for full-time student)
After 15th October, the fees are
- $350 NZSA/SSAI member ($175 for full-time student)
- $450 Non-member ($225 for full-time student)
Payment
Payment by credit card (Mastercard or VISA only). Cash payments will be accepted at the venue. The cancellation fee is $20.
Abstract Submission
The deadline for abstracts is 1 October. Talks from the plenary speakers will be 60 minutes (50 + 10 for questions); all other contributed talks will be approximately 20 minutes each. A link to the abstracts page is included in the email sent to you after you have registered.
