Confirmation of assigned accommodation has now been emailed to participants as appropriate (22 Nov). If you have not received an email, contact us immediately.
We expect to cover the cost of accommodation for NZ-based participants (checking in Sunday night and checking out Friday morning). We have reserved blocks of accommodation in various motels in town, a Holiday Park and the local YHA. The motel rooms are suitable for bringing a spouse or partner.
If you are bringing a family you need to make separate arrangements yourself (for which a participant's subsidy will be paid directly to the accommodation provider).
We cannot cover any expenses for non-participating guests.
Non NZ-based participants
With the exception of invited speakers, non NZ-based participants are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements and cover their own accommodation costs.
